I need to register a jetski, that my friend gave me, but she had lost all the paperwork and registration is not current. I know I can go to the DMV and ask, but where would anyone have any information about what the procedure would be great. Could not register at the DMV? Can I work the paper to sign the transfer of ownership? This kind of thing. Thank you. By the way, I live in California.
